Superior quality in our wooden furniture and furnishing items is attained with the use of carefully selected raw materials, viz. different variety of wood logs and wide variety of fabrics. Our Workforce

We possess a very competent, skilled and efficient workforce, which works round the clock to make our products a success. Regular in-house training programmes run by the Company have equipped the employees with the necessary skills to produce a range of exclusive products. The management together with the staff put in immense efforts in every aspect of business in order to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. Proper leadership, team effort, keeping to deadlines have been key factors in the steady growth and development of the Company.

Our Infrastructure

Our Head Office, factory and showroom are situated in Kandy. We are proud to possess a state-of-the-art furniture factory with all required amenities and machinery. Logging is done at our fully developed sawmill in Kandy thereby eliminating the intermediaries and helping the customer gain the economic benefit of this. In addition, we have an assembling plant in Colombo.

Future Endeavors

Under a pilot programme that will expand significantly each year, Grain Wood (Pvt) Ltd. is planning to launch a tree-planting programme shortly. Already a 10-acre land at Hallolluwa, Kandy has been set aside for this purpose.
